Full title is 'You Either Love It Or You Hate It'.
Another one from the 365tomorrows_flash_fic.doc file. Let me state that the joke in this is specifically written for people from either Britain or Australia. People from other countries might get it, but it'd be a stretch. If you really want to understand it, try hitting up this wiki page. If you're still confused, ask in the comments and I'll be happy to explain. (:
Anyway, yet again I've burst from the 600 word constraint with a wordcount of 707. So obviously I'll need your help in pinpointing the bits that can be cut duwn. I'm thinking the prime candidate is the bit where Broux is explaining the plan can be trimmed relatively easily. We'll see!
i read the first few lines of what showed in the scrolly preview, and i was expecting a rim-shot, twilight zone style, like "I've combined the DNA of the most evil animals in the world and now here is my creation... oh no! It was MAN all along!" pleasant surprise

This was a great and very creative idea. Names of places and aliens seem a bit... generic, though. But maybe that was the point, I don't know. Great story, anyway
Thanks for reading. The generic nature of the names was actually deliberate, you're right. See, Gaeriy is just 'Gary', Broux is a slant on 'Bruce', and 'Mihrv' a very obvious 'Merv'. My intention was to portray these guys as kind of like workman that didn't have any motivation past their jobs, which just happens to include wiping out half of the human race! The planet names could probably have been a bit better though, you're right.
Anyway, thanks for reading and I hope you had a great New Year! (:

Sorry for dredging up old work. XD

"This is, almost undoubtedly, a really good place to write something interesting."
Not a problem, it's always interesting to look back. (:

The names did get that message across, I think.
A bit of classic space-science fiction with a comedic twist.
My New Year's wasn't so good, but I hope yours was
